Schoolture for Climate Change has come to an end after one year and two successful participatory design pilot programs in Greece and Poland!

Below are some of our conclusions after the evaluation of the program by students and teachers:

The program was successfully implemented, fulfilling its main objectives while at the same time being enjoyable for all involved.

• Children and teachers were fully satisfied with the skills and knowledge they acquired about participatory design and climate change.

The final designs largely reflected the suggestions of all involved.

• Almost everyone involved would like "participatory" processes to get more into schools by implementing more workshops, involving more of the school community and more participatory walks in "green spots"!

We sincerely thank everyone who took the time to answer the questionnaires, thus helping to have a greater impact on the project both on the school and the wider local community. Suggestions will be considered in the Guide we develop and in future project upgrade proposals!
